Returns & Exchanges

Dorado offers a 30-day money back guarantee.  

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return the item(s) within 30 days by referring to our policy below.  

To request a return, please contact the Dorado team at support@doradoskin.com and include your order number with the name of the product(s) you wish to return and whether you’d like a refund or exchange. 

If an exchange is requested, a credit will be issued for the item returned, and a new order will be processed for the item requested in exchange.  

All returns must be in new or gently used condition.  

Our team strives to address returns as fast as possible! It may take up to 2-5 business days for returns to be processed. 

Funds should appear back into your account within 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution. 

If funds have not appeared after 10 business days, we recommend contacting your financial institution. 
Please note that all sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  

 You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending your returned product(s) to Dorado.  

We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking information for your package as we do not guarantee that we will receive your item. 
 
Cancellations 
 
You may cancel an order prior to shipping, unfortunately orders placed cannot be cancelled after this period. 
 
Missing items/Damages 
 
If an item is missing or damaged, we will make it right. Please reach out to us at support@doradoskin.com within 7 days of delivery date.
